Before I Leave...

I am still in the process of getting some last minute things together but I am VERY excited to be leaving for Cape Town! I have an internship set up with the Cape Town Refugee Centre for 3 months where my work will be interesting, challenging, and life changing to say the least. In just a few weeks I will be boarding an airplane and landing in the beautiful Cape Town... two days later. I have a ten hour layover at Heathrow, so expect my next update to be then! But I have so many things that I want to do while I'm in Cape Town. I want to experience all that Cape Town has to offer; the food, the music, the culture, and the ADVENTURE. I fully plan on crossing a few things off my bucket list. (i.e. scuba diving, bungee jumping, shark cage-diving, surfing, wine tasting at a vineyard, hiking, and many many more!) So I hope that my 'to-do list' has intrigued you all to follow me by reading my posts throughout my adventures in Cape Town. Can't wait to tell you more!
